Why buy a book
The book explores one of the most relevant topics in adolescence and provides vulnerable teenagers with an answer to the question of how to feel comfortable around people.
The author speaks to readers in a modern and understandable language, without imposing or preaching, which creates trust.
The book shows that a lack of self-confidence is a very common problem, so it is helpful not to focus entirely on your own experiences, but to look at the problem more broadly.
Expressive and witty illustrations by Isabelle Maroger help convey the main ideas of the book and often bring a smile to the reader’s face.
