Why buy a book
The book will introduce the little ones to the world of interpersonal relationships and help them understand how it works.
The book will prepare children for the arrival of a little brother or sister, helping parents to hold an important conversation about expanding the family.
On a level that 3-year-olds can understand, the book raises topics such as shame, privacy, and personal boundaries. With its help, parents will lay the foundation for safe behaviour.
Children will learn important information about the human body, gain better understanding of the behaviour of adults and peers, get an idea about the different types of love, and learn that it feels good to be independent.
Colourful illustrations by a well-known illustrator ensure that children will love their new book.
Little kids love lift-the-flap books! This interactive element will help the child to master useful information in a fun and interesting way.
A high-quality developmental book for the youngest readers is a wonderful gift for every little boy or girl.
This book is the first part of an incredible series about relationships under the title “Let’s Talk About Love”. The next three books are targeted at children aged 6-8, 9-11, and 12+ years. These books reflect the dream of the Kalamar Publishing House to raise a new generation of Ukrainians: conscious, free, aware of the diversity of human relationships, those who are not ashamed to ask natural questions about physiology and can protect their own boundaries. These four books will make the road to adulthood easier for the kids.
ABOUT THE AUTHOR
Nadine Mouchet is a well-known French author, journalist and editor. She writes books that assist children and teenagers in social adaptation. She even created her own methodology which involves actively researching the interests of the young generation and finding ways to facilitate their adaptation to the adult world. Her works are dedicated to helping schoolchildren of different ages to choose their future profession and master various skills, such as public speaking; she also orients children from 3 to 16 years old in the world of love.
ABOUT THE ILLUSTRATOR
Charlotte Gastaut was born and raised in Marseille, surrounded by fabric her mother creates and rocked by the tales her father reads to her. She left her hometown to study at the Penninghen school in Paris. She thus achieved her dream: making children’s books. Twenty years after she became a famous illustrator, author of fifteen albums.
She finds inspiration in her childhood memories, books and images that fill her life… Today, it is she who gives the pleasure of books to her children.
