ABOUT THE AUTHOR

Sylvie Misslin

Sylvie Misslen was born in Mulhouse in 1963 and has lived in Strasbourg for many years. She is a professional speech therapist with 17 years of experience. In 2002, a serious illness forced her to leave her beloved profession. It was then that she began writing. As she had to spend a lot of time lying down, writing became one of the few available activities. It was natural for Sylvie to turn to children, her favourite audience.

ABOUT THE ILLUSTRATOR

Isabelle Maroger

Isabelle Maroger collaborates with publishers and the media and illustrates various advertising campaigns. She was born into a family with a Norwegian mother and French father and spent her childhood in southern France. Isabelle graduated from Émile Cohl School in Lyon in 2003 and started working for the publication “Les clefs de l'actualité junior”; she also created several series of short novels.
