Художниця-сценографиня, дизайнерка, видавчиня. Закінчила Національну академію образотворчого мистецтва та архітектури України за фахом художник театру, кіно та екранних мистецтв.
В студентські роки, з групою друзів оформлювала, упорядковувала і випускала друком Незалежний Театральний Журнал КОЗА, у якому вміло поєднувала книжкове мистецтво і театр, для занурення читача у гру. З того часу закохана у книжкову графіку і дизайн, які стали такою ж невід'ємною її частиною, як і театр.
Це художниця широкого профілю, якій не страшні неординарні виклики та експерименти. Олена Поліщук – людина з непорушними естетичними та громадянськими переконаннями.
